AGM and Annual Report for 2025

Our Annual General meeting for our last financial year (July 2024 to June 2025) is due to be held on Friday 24 October at the Chatham Island Council Chambers, 5pm - 7pm Chathams time (that's a 4.15pm kickoff in NZ time).

This meeting provides an opportunity for Trustees and the Coordinator to formally report on the operations of the Trust for the year ended 30 June 2025. It also provides an opportunity for the community and those interested in conservation on the Chatham Islands to ask questions, and share thoughts about the future of conservation and restoration on the islands.

The formal opening will be followed by a more informal opportunity for the community to discuss their aspirations for restoration of the islands, particularly in light of the Environmental Planning Day held at the beginning of the Festival of Science. Light nibbles will be provided for this session.

An online meeting link will be shared soon for those who are unable to attend in person.
