Our Annual General meeting for our last financial year (July 2024 to June 2025) was held on Friday 24 October at the Chatham Islands Council Chambers, 5pm - 7pm Chathams time (that's a 4.15pm kickoff in NZ time).
This meeting provided an opportunity for Trustees and the Coordinator to formally report on the operations of the Trust for the year ended 30 June 2025.
The formal opening was followed by a more informal opportunity for the community to discuss their aspirations for restoration of the islands, particularly in light of the Environmental Planning Day held at the beginning of the Festival of Science. Those who were unable to attend in person joined online.
For the first half of the AGM, we presented the Annual Report, which was formally received and adopted by Trustees.
